TOURS
This year, the event takes an even more interactive approach to showcasing the wide variety of top-level competence in the mobile machinery domain in Finland, now and in the future. Event participants have a unique chance to join a tour journeying via two different host company locations with specific themes and partners, and a Technology EXPO area with an estimated 15 booths gathering the key technology companies.
INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE REGISTRATION
Each participant chooses their preferred tour option when registering for the event. The tour is included in the 2-day registration. You can find descriptions and tentative schedules of both Eastern and Western tour below.
Kindly note that both tours have a limited number of seats (max. 150 people each) due to the capacity of the tour locations. The places are reserved in registration order, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participants will be divided into 2-3 groups by the organizers on each tour. Please note that the order of visiting in each location during the tour varies by group. Participants will be informed of their group and schedule before the event.
The organisers and host companies reserve the right to change the tour schedule and content, and accept/decline participation in the tours, e.g., due to competitive factors. All possible changes will be communicated to the affected participants via personal email at the first notice.
