Deadline for bookings: Reservations can be made until 03.10.2025 according to availability.
Method of payment: Unless the terms of payment are otherwise specified, the client shall pay with cash, a (Finnish) debit card or a credit card on departure.
To confirm a late arrival, guests are asked to provide current credit card information when booking their room.
Cancellations: In case you must cancel your reservation, contact the hotel immediately upon knowledge. Each guest is liable for cancellations/no show after 6 PM on the dateof arrival. The terms and conditions for booking and cancellation are specified separately by each hotel.
Taxes: All room rates include VAT 10% and Breakfast 14%. Please note that tax rates are subject to change and as a result rates quoted in this agreement will be amended in line with any change in applicable tax. Rates may also be increased in proportion to increases in applicable tax rates.
